Clinical Art Associates
Clinical Art Associates was formed by two practicing Board Certified Art Therapists and Licensed Mental Health Counselors, who have extensive experience working with children and adolescents, with a wide range of diagnoses, in hospitals, residential treatment centers, schools, and outpatient clinics. Individual, family and group therapy for children and adolescents is provided, with a focus on the development of interpersonal skills, enhancing life experiences. Clinical Art Associates was developed in response to the need for innovative therapeutic interventions to assist children and adolescents individually, with family relationships and social skills development.

Biographies of Associates:
Holly Majkut is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist- Board Certified. She utilizes creative therapeutic techniques to assist individuals socially and emotionally. Her clinical experience includes extensive work with children and adolescents in outpatient clinics, residential treatment centers, public schools, and in collaboration with community agencies. Additionally Holly serves as an adjunct faculty member in the graduate art therapy program at Springfield College. Holly received her Master’s Degree from Springfield College.
Leslie Abrams is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist- Board Certified. Leslie received her Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY. She received her doctorate in Counselor Education from Fordham University, New York City. Her broad experience includes conducting art therapy groups for at-risk children and adolescents at the Bronx Children’s Psychiatric Center and, more recently, at the Child Guidance Clinic in Springfield, MA. Further, Leslie has served as the clinical coordinator and adjunct faculty in Graduate Art Therapy programs at both Pratt Institute and Springfield College.
